How the Kirkstall Forge project marries social value with traditional construction

In this case study CEG and Pierre Angulaire explain how they measured the social benefits at Kirkstall Forge, a huge £400m regeneration project near Leeds. Using a social value calculator, based on 30 criteria, the social value was calculated at over £10m. The final value may be as high as £240m.
